Metamorphoses

How to adapt. As creatures of our environs we are in a constant state of adaptation and metamorphosis. Culturally and from muscle to mind we are changing, being eroded, erased, and enhanced by time.

But the real adaptation is being able to change yourself and your mode of expression. To convey the same concepts and messages while maintaining yourself but altering your communication. Its very much like recreating yourself, making an abstract painting of who you are, completely indecipherable to some and very clear to others. It’s a matter of performance and how you present your character and the character of your thoughts. I can be my most exaggerated form, a loud and colourful laughing character or I can be that very same version of myself but presented differently, demurely. Learning to condense your personality, concentrate it and at the same time disperse and diffuse it while never losing yourself, only becoming more fluid and lucid, is the essence of adaptation.

In a word, embracement.
